　 七、协议解除或变更/Cancellation And Revision Of Agreement

　 1、乙方在本协议履行期间有特殊情况可向甲方提出终止实习协议，但必须提前 7 天，并作好工作交接，否则应承担相关责任。实习期间，甲方如发现乙方不符合实习要求或不适宜该工种工作等情况的，可以向乙方提出终止实习，并支付实习期间的工资后，解除本协议。/During the performance of this agreement, Party B may submit a termination agreement to Party A under special circumstances, but it must be 7 days in advance and be handed over for work. 　 2、甲方以暴力、威胁、监禁或非法限制人身自由的手段强迫乙方劳动的，或甲方不能按照本协议规定支付给乙方实习工资的，乙方可以随时通知甲方解除协议。/If Party A forces Party B to work by means of violence, threat, imprisonment or illegal restriction of personal freedom, or if Party A fails to pay Party B the internship salary as stipulated in this agreement, Party B may notify Party A to terminate this agreement at any time.

　 3、订立本合同所依据的法律、行政法规等发生变化，致使本合同无法履行时，经甲乙双方协商同意，可以变更本协议相关内容。/If this contract cannot be performed due to changes in laws and administrative regulations on which this contract is based, relevant contents of this agreement may be modified upon mutual agreement of both parties.

　 4、未尽事宜由双方及时协商解决。/The matters not covered shall be resolved by timely negotiation between the two parties.
